How do vehicle payments work?
Vehicle checkout offers balance payments or a deposit submission. Balance payments deduct from available funds. Deposit payments are reviewed before being applied to the vehicle purchase; they do not add money to your wallet.
Can I pay for a Roadster in installments?
The Roadster page shows the available plan durations, initial payment and remaining schedule. Review those terms before confirming your reservation.
Where can I track my delivery?
Open My Garage, select your vehicle and view its delivery details. The map uses the latest location entered by the team; it is not live GPS.
Can I change a confirmed delivery address?
Delivery addresses are locked after confirmation. Contact support if a correction is needed.
How do Elon Musk Fan Card upgrades work?
Choose a higher available tier and submit its payment. Your current card remains active until the upgrade payment is approved. The displayed tier price applies.
